Winner must be following Average Janes on one or more social media platforms.
- All entries must be received by 21:00 on Monday 23 December 2013
- Prize is subject to availability
- Prize cannot be exchanged or refunded and there is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferrable
- Prize must be redeemed before 1 February 2014
- No purchase is necessary
- Only one entry is permitted per household via online route of entry, and no bulk or third party entries are permitted
- Competitions are open to all UK residents except our employees, the companies or organisations with whom the competition or offer is being run, their agents, or anyone directly connected with the promotion
- One winner will be picked at random by Average Janes from the entries received before the closing date (Monday 23 December 2013) and notified by email in December 2013. The winner has 14 days to confirm acceptance of their prize from the draw date, otherwise Hygena reserves the right to withdraw the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, Hygena reserves the right to draw another winner from the entries received before the closing date. The name of the winner will be available on www.averagejanes.co.uk in December 2013.
- The winner will receive £300 worth of Hygena furniture of their choice (subject to availability. Furniture selected will reflect the prices shown in the Argos Autumn / Winter 2013 catalogue. Furniture will arrive flat packed unless product specification say otherwise).
- Proof of entry will not be accepted as proof of receipt of entry.
- We reserve in all cases the right to replace the stated prizes with other prizes that we consider to be of broadly equivalent value. We offer no cash alternative for non-cash prizes, and prize winners must accept prizes in the form offered. Prizes are not refundable or transferable.
- The winner may be required to sign a statement proving their eligibility/liability.
- The winner(s) will be drawn at random from all valid entries, editors decision is final
- Detail of the winner(s) can be obtained by contacting Average Janes.
