Pure X Sanderson Digital Radios

If we’re going to be parting with our hard-earned cash on technology, we demand it looks the part. With that in mind, well-established British radio designers, Pure, have teamed up with fellow Brit fabrics and wallpaper designers, Sanderson, for a collaboration. And we love the results!

The Pure Evoke Mio D2 and D4 digital radios, which come with Bluetooth capabilities, come in Sanderson’s beautiful ‘Chelsea’ and ‘Dandelion Clocks’ prints.

Sanderson have been designing quintessentially English patterns since 1860, and their Chelsea is a Sanderson classic having been in its range since 1957. The traditional rose bouquet wraps the Evoke Mio in a nostalgic floral print, adding a touch of vintage to a sophisticated technology.

The Dandelion Clocks was designed by Fiona Howard and first launched in 2008. It was one of Sanderson’s best ever selling prints with the design nodding to the swinging sixties with its pastel palette. We think it’s gorgeous and will fit perfectly in any Janes’ office, bedroom or kitchen for a bit of a vintage twist.

Both radios come with Bluetooth for wireless streaming and are built with wooden cabinets to enhance audio. There’s also leads for an iPod/ MP3 player, an alarm clock comes in-built for the bedroom and it also comes with a kitchen timer if you want to pass the time while you’re cooking quicker!

You can also take the Evokes on the go as you’ll get up 20 hours of battery with the D2 Mio and 12-15 hours with the D4 Mio. Not too shabby! The posher Evoke D4 Mio also comes with a remote control if you’re feeling lazy.

The range Pure Evoke Mio range Sanderson range starts off at £149.99 for the Evoke Mio D2 while the Mio D4 comes in at £199.99 and you can get them from the John Lewis website!
