Hotpod Yoga Set for 16: join us!

Want to get hot and sweaty with Average Janes? Of course you do! In January we’re delighted to be joining the biggest names in health and fitness for Hotpod Yoga Set for 16. We’re hosting two evening pop-up classes in Notting Hill, London on Thursday 21 January and we’d love you to come and join us. Find out the full details below and book your place.

Kick off your January fitness training in style with an energising hot yoga session in one of Hotpod’s world-renowned inflatable pods. Hotpod Yoga Set for 16 sees the innovative yoga brand hosting pop-ups across London, and we’re pleased to have bagged Notting Hill for our classes on Thursday 21 January. We’ll also be joined by the very lovely Average Joes team.

What is Hotpod Yoga Set for 16?

It’s very hot yoga! Inside the warm, dark cocoon of Hotpod’s inflatable pod, expert instructors will lead the class through a series of yoga poses and deep breathing in temperatures of 37 degrees. Yes, you will sweat a lot. But you’ll also feel deeply relaxed and get a powerful, strengthening workout. Read our full review from when we tried it out. Then book your place below to join us!

Come along and join us!

Date: Thursday 21 January 2016
Venue: Notting Hill Prep, W11 1QQ
Class times: 7pm and 8.15pm

We’re not charging for the class, but we are asking for a £5 donation to Unicef’s crisis appeal to support refugees, which can be made when you book your place.

Ability level

Hotpod Yoga Set for 16 is for everyone! You definitely don’t need to be an expert pretzel-bending yoga guru. We’d suggest it’s ideal if you’ve been to one or two yoga classes before but not tried hot yoga – or equally fab if you adore yoga and want another fix. Come along and join us – the pod is comfortingly dark so no one will be judging!

How to book your place

We’d love to see you there. Book your place online via Hotpod Yoga’s website – look on the Classes tab for our sessions on 21 January, 7pm and 8.15pm.

Booked your place? Let us know you’re coming – @tweetjanes!
