Our favourite New Girl, Zooey Deschanel, is expecting her first child with boyfriend Jacob Pechenik this summer.
The news comes coincidentally a month after her sister, Bones star Emily Deschanel, reported that her second child is on the way, bring on the baby playdates!
In an interview with People Zooey said: “Jacob and I are over the moon. We are so excited to meet our little one.”
Zooey, 34, and Jacob, 42, have been dating since mid 2014.
There is no news yet about the baby’s sex, but we reckon whether it’s a girl or a boy, it’ll be one of the most fashionable babies in Hollywood!
We’ll also be expecting some beautiful maternity wear on the red carpet; hopefully Deschanel will not be taking trend tips from Keira Knightley, who looked rather doily-esque at the recent Golden Globes.
