Star Wars: #ShowYourForce for charity

When it comes to charity, our writers here at Janes HQ will never pass up a challenge. So when we were asked to show our best Jedi poses (inspired by Millie Mackintosh’s #ShowYourForce Instagram post) of course we accepted!

The #ShowYourForce campaign, created by Volvic, aims to give Cambodian children access to clean water. For every Jedi pose shared, Volvic will provide clean drinking water via 1001Fontaines for one child in Cambodia.

All you need to do is upload a picture of your best Jedi pose on social media, put #ShowYourForce in the caption and tag your friends!

The campaign kicked off with Made in Chelsea’s Millie Mackintosh in a rather unusual yoga-inspired Jedi pose and then her model/tv presenter nominee, Charlotte de Carle, followed suit in a supermarket- genius!

Next it was the turn of our writers. First up was Holly, who sent us her picture within two minutes of being asked by editor Becky to get her Jedi on:

Next came Rhian, workin’ that golf club:

Soon after, Becky took up the challenge and showed us all how to hold a lightsaber properly:

My best impression of a christmas tree followed, with this #ShowYourFestiveForce pose:

I actually took the whole challenge a bit too seriously and roped in the help of my Photoshop genius friend who made these ridiculous Star Wars creations:

Nell then proved that umbrellas can make perfect lightsabers:
