The countdown is on for the release of 50 Shades of Grey just in time for Valentines on February 14 and here at Janes we are ridiculously excited! But it seems like Dakota Johnson who plays the female lead Anastasia Steele, does not share the same enthusiasm.
Johnson has spent the least year or so filming some of the sexiest, raunchiest and downright dirtiest film scenes you’ll see in the cinema this year, yet she is not quite ready for the attention she will undoubtedly receive once the film airs.
Chatting to US Vogue she said: “I think about my dwindling anonymity, and that’s really scary because a very large part of me would be perfectly happy living on a ranch in Colorado and having babies and chickens and horses – which I will do anyway.”
She also said that following the release of the film she plans on taking a temporary break from acting.
“I do a bit of press for Fifty, and then I’m just going to take the rest of the year off,” says Dakota casually. “I want to hang out with my friends. I want to hang out with my family-well, I sometimes want to hang out with my family!”
We respect you girl, it seems like fame will not be changing this soon-to-be Hollywood star. Even if Jamie Dornan (aka. Christian Grey comes calling!)
