Squatober: 30-Day Challenge

Exercise and fitness challenges have been all the rage recently for raising charity awareness. This month we’ve seen people doing 20 press-ups daily for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder awareness. For October, it’s the turn of our favourite leg-and-bum toner: the squat.

Ladies, we bring you the 30 day squat challenge. Not the most attractive exercise, but it will absolutely get you those J-Lo curves, and toned thighs. Who can say no to that?
