Summer drinks: Kopparberg’s Raspberry Light Cider
With summer just around the corner, it’s nearly time for picnics in the park with a bunch of your mates. Now, you can’t have a picnic without booze and we’ve just discovered a brand new flavour of Kopparberg’s delicious fruit cider that’s not only incredibly refreshing, but kind to your waistline at just 85 calories a can! It’s the perfect drink to quench your thirst on a lovely sunny day.
When it comes to cider, Kopparberg is often the fruity favourite. For more than 130 years, the family-run brewery tucked away in the idyllic Swedish countryside, has been producing cider as uncomplicated as the water in the town of Kopparberg: fresh, pure, and very, very refreshing, just the way we all like it.
Last year the Swedish brewers introduced their new Summer Fruits low-calorie cider variant, and we were all ears. Now they’re delighting us once more, having recently unveiled a brand new flavour- Raspberry Light Cider.
Available in a sleek 250ml can, the new Kopparberg Raspberry Light will arrive in supermarkets just in time for summer picnics and festivals. It’s the perfect beverage for those of you who are cutting down on calories, or those on the hunt for a lighter drink.
Rob Salvesen, Senior Marketing Manager at Kopparberg comments: “On occasion, we’ve found that our fans are looking for a lower calorie alternative that can still be enjoyed with friends. This trend has informed the development of our Light range, a convenient lower-calorie option that still packs in the same great-tasting fruit flavours that consumers know and love.”
Best served chilled, Kopparberg’s Raspberry Light Cider will arrive alongside Kopparberg’s Summer Fruits Light, and will both be available in Tesco stores from late March followed by ASDA stores in May. Oh and at just £1.80 per can, the Raspberry Light Koppaberg is an absolute bargain.
