Finish off your busy weekend by relaxing at home doing some baking. We suggest you take some tips from Jersey’s Bohemia restaurant’s head pastry chef, Ellen De Jager, on how to use up the chocolate from all those leftover Easter eggs!

1. Creme Egg Brownies

Perfect for the ultimate chocolate lover, simply add leftover creme eggs to cupcake or brownie mix and enjoy the delicious gooey chocolate centre.

2. Chocolate Croissants

Make or buy readymade croissant dough and stuff with leftover chocolate from Easter eggs. Enjoy the warm croissants oozing with melted chocolate.

3. Chocolate Mug Cake

Melt butter and chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds, then beat the mixture until soft. Whisk in an egg, sugar, flour and baking powder, then microwave for 80 seconds. Eh Voila!
