The 2015 MTV VMA Nominations

vma-nominations-2015

The 2015 MTV VMA Nominations have been revealed! It’s that time of year again where musicians battle it out to get their hands on an MTV VMA gong! This year the awards will be presented by Miley Cyrus, so be sure to expect something a little controversial.

Leading the way with the most nominations is the pop queen herself, Taylor Swift. Her 9 nom’s include Best Female Video, Best Collaboration and Video of the Year for Bad Blood. Close behind is her good friend Ed Sheeran, who has racked up six nominations, including Best Male Video and Best Cinematography.

Another category to look out for is Artist to Watch. We’re big fans of James Bay here at Janes, so we were overjoyed to see him up for a nomination.
