PLEATED SKIRTS
Topshop Striped Border Pleat Skirt, £55
When the pleated skirt fashion came back with vengeance this season we weren’t so sure, but now we’re loving the midi pleated skirts out there. This simple Topshop number is just divine.

If there’s one issue with pleated skirts, it’s to know what to wear with them. But we love how Zara have styled this outfit, paired with a green shirt and red boots.
ASOS Closet Pleated Metallic Midi Skirt, £52
Metallic is all the rage too this season, and we love that this skirt could be dressed up with heels or dressed down with a pair of trainers.
BACKPACKS
Urban Outfitters Fjallraven Kanken Classic Mini Plum Backpack, £59
One of our everlasting backpack favourites is the Fjallraven Kanken range. In the 70’s Fjällräven’s Åke Nordin created a lightweight, basic, durable backpack with plenty of room for all the essentials for a day at school, but these days they are more fashion statement than school bag.
